What are WE doing to maintain our service and support our clients?
We have been working remotely since Wednesday 18th March and I’m really pleased and proud of the effort that both staff and clients have made to continue to do business in these challenging times. The Directors would like to thank you all for your support and patience during this period.
Some day-to-day Housekeeping –
Telephone calls will continue to be answered using the main switchboard number (01730 265500) and will be diverted for initial call fielding until it’s safe for us to attend the office again.
For ease, staff email addresses can be found by clicking HERE
Email will continue to be the most efficient means of getting in touch as all staff can be contacted this way. This includes our generic address (hello@robison.co.uk) which will continue to be swept continually throughout each working day.
Whilst we seem to be coming out of the first phase, the future still remains uncertain, and our aim is to continue to maintain our usual high level of service. We wish all of our clients, colleagues and suppliers an uneventful passage to the other side of this most unwelcome and unexpected diversion.
Finances
For those of you who prefer to pay by cheque, please could you make contact before doing so, as this will avoid any mail going astray for an extended period. If you can pay by bank transfer, this would be appreciated. If you are experiencing financial difficulty please make contact and we will do all we can to help.
