These guys had no problem spending time getting me up to speed with the peculiarities of Care Home insurance and have proven invaluable in terms of
(i) hand holding when faced with insurer surveys and keeping insurer requests reasonable
(ii) keeping us abreast of options and giving sufficient depth for us to make reasonable insurance risk decisions
